Bus tour departs Wisconsin State Fairgrounds. First stop is at at Steve & Kay Castner's Kaehlers Mill Farm in Cedarburg, WI. The Castners raise black Galloways and run a direct meat marketing enterprise. Will introduce bus folks to their operation and to frozen custard! 51 miles to overnight stop.

Visit and luncheon at Bob & Lyndall Mack's Sun Valley Farm at Camp Douglas, WI. The Macks raise purebred and Appendix Belted Galloways. Bob is a retiring Director and Lyndall is Secretary of the Great Lakes Belted Galloway Association, an active regional group. 58 mi. to next stop.

Retired veterinarian Vic is currently working on a Johne's research project for the University of Wisconsin. Joyce is Director in WI Beef Council and WI Cattlemen's Association.
