Registration Fee $75 adult or $40 children aged
16 or under if paid before September 1, 2004.
Late registration fees are $100 adult, $50 children.

Includes 4-1/2 days transport and 4 nights

Special notes to overseas visitors:

To avoid the costs and complications of international bank transfers, visitors attending the conference from other countries may pay Registration and Bus Tour fees on arrival September 23 at check-in with no late fee penalties imposed. We will, however, require receipt of your registration forms before September 1, 2004.
