Roger and his wife Fran have been breeding Galloway cattle in Australia for 20 years.  They started with 3 in calf females and now have a herd of 50 fullblood and commercial females.

Roger takes an interest in breeding White Galloways in conjunction with his mainly Black herd.

Roger has served on many committees associated with the Galloway breed in Australia.  He has held the position of Northern Branch President, Vice-President, Secretary and Publicity Officer.  He has also served on the National body as Vice-President and Councillor.

During the week Roger works with the Australian Electoral Commission as State Director of Non-Parliamentary Elections in Canberra, Australia's National Capital.

Roger and Fran have 5 grown children and now enjoy being grandparents.
